One of the evidences to show that Madagascar used to be under water

Tsingy is one of the rock formations that you can see in the west of Madagascar. It is a limestone karst, and it is described as a sharp limestone pinnacles because of the years and years of rain and wind erosion. One of the most popular Tsingy destinations in Madagascar is the Tsingy of Bemaraha which is famous for the Grande Tsingy and the Petit Tsingy. There is also another Tsingy park in the north of Madagascar, Tsingy of Ankarana, and this one is well-known for the Lac Vert and the different caves.
For those who are more adventurous, the Tsingy is one of the must-see things in Madagascar and it is also home to some species of lemurs, and to some succulent plant species.
The trip to the Tsingy is not recommended during the rainy season. It means that you can go to the Tsingy safely from June to early November.
It is a real experience of a tropical country.
