A beautiful creature with a soft and moist skin.

Madagascar is home to more than 275 species of frogs. They are almost endemic to the island and many of them are vulnerable and endangered.
When walking at night, especially in the rainforest, their call takes over the forest sound with different tunes. Each species of frogs has an amazing colour ranging from light green to dark brown and from reddish to yellowish. Others have at least about three different colours of skin.
Frogs can be found on the forest floor, but most of the time, they are seen on the leaves of small bushes on the edge of the forest. Some species of frogs are sometimes heard from high up on the trees as they live in a small hole, and when they make their call, it has very strong echoes which go through the forest.
Almost every two weeks, a new species of frogs are waiting to be identified in Madagascar, so don’t miss them while visiting the island as we are IN SEARCH OF THREATENED SPECIES…
